Position Overview:
• Position will be responsible for leading the development of CCNA Sparkling entertainment and lifestyle marketing strategies and assets for key entertainment partnerships. Entertainment is a key pillar and core part of the business strategy. Position will work collaboratively and cross functionally to develop short and long term business plans to deliver on brand and customer objectives, strategies and key initiatives to support the CCNA portfolio and growth targets.
• Position will identify, negotiate and develop activation plans against celebrity talent, music, film, television, product integration & placement, influencer seeding, gaming, fashion and other consumer passion points and related properties. The Director is responsible for leading the strategic utilization of the assets in order to leverage the property to extract maximum value for the Company. Specific focus will be across all Sparkling business units as well as leadership of the Sparkling positioning across key strategic properties that work across CCNA Sparking and Sparkling brands. In addition, position will lead the strategic partnership and relationship management of all celebrity talent across Coca-Cola North America.
• The position requires regular work with key internal and external constituents include senior CCNA and CCR management, CBU brand teams, customer teams, CCR partners and field organization, public relations, top entertainment industry executives and property constituents, senior talent agents & managers, vendors and agencies.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Strategic leadership development of the Sparkling entertainment and lifestyle marketing long and short term business plans that align with overall company vision. The entertainment strategy is a critical element of the core business strategy and activation plans.
• Collaboration with key internal leadership, BBU partners, TBT’s and CCR to determine strategy of assets to achieve critical brand, customer and Company goals.
• Lead the identification of entertainment and lifestyle partnerships and properties that support critical business plans.
• Lead the identification, negotiation and strategic utilization and activation plan development of assets across the entertainment industry including but not limited to partners, properties, sponsorship, film, television media, product placement & integration, gaming, digital, social media, influencer seeding, music licensing, events etc. for all Sparkling BU’s. This work will include strong focus on Sparkling business units as well as leadership of the Sparkling positioning across strategic properties that work across the portfolio. (i.e.AI, Academy Awards, , Music Festivals etc.)
• Collaboration with brand teams, CCR and TBT’s to develop activation plan to leverage partner assets. Development of comprehensive business points, oversee internal background checks/business affairs process and negotiate with third parties to achieve most efficient and effective financial agreement for the Company. Monitor contractual agreements to ensure rights and opportunities are being maximized and objectives are met.
• Development of property analysis and measurement tools to share with senior management to determine long term strategy for property, renewal and ensure ROI for brands and the Company.
• Senior level property managers, agents, publicists, lawyers etc... Senior executives, commercial department heads such as CAA, WME, ICM, and other related firms Nature of Interaction
• Planning and coordination from a national perspective across CCNA and CCR. Strong influencing and gaining alignment across broad group of internal and external stakeholders.
• Enhance CCNA’s capability to use entertainment talent and partnerships as platforms for building loyal relationships between consumers and our brands, resulting in higher sales volumes and increased brand value.
• Lead the identification, negotiation and strategic utilization/activation plan of assets to best leverage partner to meet brand and Company goals.

• Senior level management, strategic ideation, partner identification & negotiation, plan/budget development, and media/content creation of passion point initiatives.
• Seamless integration and delivery of national assets to local field marketing organization for system wide activation of national program.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Related Work Experience: Minimum 10 years Entertainment experience, Marketing experience, Negotiation and Strategy development experience
