Montrose specialises in the health, education, and enterprise sectors and provides support to private sector and public sector clients in project design, planning and management, monitoring and evaluation.
We are looking for a SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR to support the company’s operations and administration. This position is located in Kampala (Naguru).
Key roles and responsibilities: Human Resources Office and administration management Project operations management Marketing and communications Website and IT management Consultant database management Proposal development
Skills and Experience:
• Minimum five years’ relevant experience • Experience in developing countries an asset • Experience working with the private sector an asset • Degree from internationally recognised university • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Excellent writing skills • Highly numerate • Excellent computer skills • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure • High degree of flexibility and creativity • Good inter‐personal skills • Excellent English language skills, knowledge of Spanish and/or French an advantage • Priority given to candidates already located in Kampala • Location: Naguru, Kampala
